Experienced Project Coordinator for Construction

We are excited to announce an opening for an Experienced Project Coordinator as we prepare for an ambitious slate of projects in 2026. This role blends office responsibilities with regular site visits, ideal for those with a passion for construction management. In this key role, you will coordinate various aspects of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and maintaining effective communication among all stakeholders. Your background in civil engineering or relevant construction experience is essential to assist in project planning, documentation, and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules and aid in planning activities
- Oversee documentation logs including RFIs and progress reports
- Conduct site visits to align work progress with project timelines
- Coordinate material procurement with vendors and suppliers
- Manage communication between project stakeholders
- Degree or training in civil engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years construction experience
- Familiarity with construction documents and estimating
- Proficient in relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
