Regional Operations Vice President

Lead strategic operations at Sysco across major facilities or multiple locations, applying performance management and continuous improvement expertise. Travel requirements range from zero to twenty-five percent.The Regional Vice President, Operations provides strategic and tactical leadership for a significant operational area. This senior leader manages performance metrics, operational budgets, resources, compliance, and strategic initiatives. The position develops high-performing teams while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Establish KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actionsDevelop operational budgets and manage financial performanceOptimize personnel, equipment, technology, and facility resourcesLead managers, supervisors, and frontline employeesEnsure safety, food safety, transportation, and environmental complianceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related disciplineAt least eleven years of experienceAt least seven years leading a teamExpert knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesUnderstanding of OSHA, DOT, and FSMA requirementsApply operational leadership, analytical decision-making, and compliance expertise to advance performance across Sysco’s significant operational areas.
