Lead planning and control for the Contrecœur project as a proficient Advisor. Utilize your 7-10 years in project management to implement effective oversight and monitoring. Reporting to the Director of Controls, this role involves developing management tools essential for the Contrecœur project’s lifecycle. You will coordinate project activities, track progress, and engage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying risks and discrepancies, ultimately enhancing project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development and updates of project schedules
- Prepare documents and presentations on project tracking
- Monitor construction schedules with planning teams
- Analyze discrepancies between schedules and actual progress
- Collaborate on planning with internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management
- 7 to 10 years of large-scale project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera software
- Strong communication, bilingual in French and English
- Knowledge in maritime transport/infrastructure management preferred
