Acumen Agency is a global full-spectrum professional services company serving governments, corporations, SMEs, startups, nonprofits, and individuals across international markets.

We are building a large international network of content creators and influencers to help grow our brand, reach new audiences, develop partnerships, and create new commercial opportunities.

The Opportunity

We are seeking talented content creators and influencers who know how to capture attention, build an audience, create compelling content, and ultimately monetize their influence .

You may specialize in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, blogging, podcasting, livestreaming, short-form video, long-form content, or other platforms.

Corporate experience is not required . If you are an excellent creator or influencer but have never worked with a corporate organization, training and support can be provided to help you understand professional brand partnerships, corporate content, and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, original, and high-quality content across your area of expertise.
• Build and grow an audience, following, community, or personal brand.
• Develop content that generates meaningful engagement and attention.
• Represent and promote Acumen Agency through creator-driven content.
• Identify opportunities to monetize content, audiences, and influence .
• Generate revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, referrals, affiliate opportunities, services, products, campaigns, and other commercial opportunities.
• Develop relationships with brands, businesses, organizations, and other creators.
• Pursue brand collaborations, co-branding, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.
• Participate in campaigns designed to generate leads, customers, partnerships, and revenue.
• Monitor content performance, audience growth, engagement, conversions, and monetization.
• Continuously experiment with new platforms, formats, trends, and content strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A portfolio, channel, profile, or examples of previous content are strongly preferred.

Compensation & Career Opportunity

This opportunity begins on a performance-based basis , with compensation tied to measurable results including content performance, audience growth, partnerships, leads, customers, and revenue generated.

Successful creators may have opportunities to transition into full-time positions, management roles, or leadership positions as Acumen Agency's global content and influencer network expands.

We expect to recruit 50+ creators and influencers nationally and internationally .
