This academic appointment supports MGAD45H3 Corporate Governance and Strategy, CPA Perspective 1. The course examines ethical risks, legal issues, public-interest accounting, and sustainability planning. Candidates need CPA credentials, case-marking experience, and working experience managing strategy, ethics, and corporate governance.
