- High School Diploma or equivalent with some experience (up to 3 years)
- Strong skills in optical and mechanical interpretation
- Previous ISO 9000/AS9100 experience is beneficial
- Ability to handle delicate parts and lift 30 lbs
- Must qualify for the Controlled Goods Program
