On cherche une personne organisée et proactive, capable de prendre en charge les responsabilités administratives et la facturation avec rigueur.

Voici ce que ton rôle implique au quotidien, pour que tout roule parfaitement:


  • Gérer et organiser la boîte courriel; 

  • Traiter les factures, valider leur exactitude et préparer pour paiement;

  • Gérer et mettre à jour les projets dans Monday;

  • Créer et gérer les projets dans Harvest pour la facturation;

  • Préparer, générer et envoyer les factures aux clients;

  • Effectuer le suivi des comptes clients et des paiements reçus.

Ton rôle est central : tu es la personne de confiance sur qui on s’appuie pour garder le contrôle et faire avancer les dossiers, même quand ça bouge vite. C’est ta proactivité qui nous permettra de garder le cap, peu importe les imprévus.

  • Un salaire à partir de 23$ de l'heure à discuter selon ton expérience;

  • Horaire ajustable entre 32 et 35 heures par semaine, réparties sur 4 ou 5 jours selon la demande;

  • 4 semaines de vacances bien méritées, dont 2 pendant le temps des Fêtes et 2 pendant la construction.

Pour réussir ici, voici les qualités et savoir-faire qui feront toute la différence:


  • Minimum de 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'adjoint administratif;

  • Un DEP ou une technique dans un domaine pertinent seraient un atout;

  • Expérience en comptabilité : un vrai plus;

  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques avec une bonne qualité de français.
