Juinor Project Manager

Job Responsibility:

In this position, you will take an active role in managing projects. This role will be one where many hats are worn as the position evolves. The role requires a dedicated, motivated individual who has a passion for continual improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Effective, fluent verbal and written communication (English)
• Excellent computer skills, (Word, Excel)
• Experience in a project environment
• Experience with ERP software an asset
• PMP an asset

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the project coordinator to successfully deliver assigned projects.
• Track project progress, make projections, create reports.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects and service contracts.
• Attend and chair meetings as needed.
• Communicate with project clients, provide exceptional customer experience.
• Develop ways to continually improve company processes.
• Quote change orders and track as necessary.
• Provide input on contracts and contract negotiations.
• Work with vendors and create excellent vendor relationships.
• Manage Project Schedules and resource requirements.
• Manage Project budgets.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Review and approve project expenses.
