The Senior Consultant position at EY focuses on facilitating successful SAP SuccessFactors transformations. You will guide clients through their HR tech journeys, leveraging deep technical knowledge to optimize processes while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives. Your role is crucial in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients in SAP SuccessFactors strategy and optimization
• Manage global multi-module implementation projects
• Oversee customization and integration of solutions
• Conduct workshops to address client-specific HR needs
• Support team development through mentoring and coaching
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline
• 8+ years of experience in HR tech consulting
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP modules
• Effective communication and executive presence
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams
Drive meaningful change in HR technology and enhance employee experiences at EY.
