Sales Representative for Custom Home Design Firm

Job Responsibility:

Phase One Design is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Building relationships with Clients, Builders and Realtors, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth.
• Develop an established sales process.
• Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and outreach efforts in collaboration with our Marketing team.
• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with clients to understand their design preferences and project scope.
• Collaborate with our design team to create design proposals.
• Close sales and manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final contract signing, while building a qualified database.
• Evenings and weekends may sometimes be required.
• Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Design or Home Sales industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sales and CRM software. Knowledge of Pipedrive considered an asset.
