Responsabilités de l'agent(e) de sécurité tactique
- Patrouiller les zones sensibles afin de repérer toute activité suspecte.
- Vérifier l'identité des personnes et contrôler l'accès aux zones sécurisées.
- Réagir rapidement aux menaces ou incidents et consigner les mesures prises.
- Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des alarmes et des caméras.
- Répondre aux alarmes et effectuer des vérifications sur place.
- Collaborer avec les forces de l'ordre lors d'incidents graves.
Qualifications de l'agent(e) de sécurité tactique
Permis d’agent de sécurité valide de l'Ontario
Certificat de premiers soins niveau 1 (OFA1) valide
Formation avancée en sécurité (AST)
Doit avoir résidé au Canada au cours des 5 dernières années
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent (preuve de scolarité requise)
Capacité d’obtenir une cote de sécurité des Travaux publics et une vérification du secteur vulnérable
Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience dans un rôle en sécurité
Capacité démontrée à agir avec assurance et rapidité dans des situations à haute pression
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle
