Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and tell the narrative on calls with clients.
You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager, and drive ROI through testing, retention, and upsell while working with US clients.
