Sr Business Analyst (Cyber Threats)

Hybrid Model: 2-3 days a week downtown Toronto

Main Deliverables

• Support PMs on high-priority AI-driven Cyber Threats program (Claude Mythos)
• Produce detailed business requirements, reporting artifacts, and documentation
• Drive execution and delivery across cybersecurity initiatives within a banking environment
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams

Technical Stack

• Cybersecurity program delivery (AI-driven threat platforms, Claude Mythos preferred)
• Business Analysis tools (requirements documentation, BRDs, FRDs, process mapping)
• Data analysis & reporting (Excel, SQL, dashboards, reporting frameworks)
• Banking/Financial Services systems and regulatory environments
• Agile / Waterfall methodologies in large enterprise environments

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience supporting cybersecurity or cyber risk programs
• Hands-on exposure to AI-based threat platforms (Claude Mythos highly preferred)
• Strong experience within banking or financial institutions
• Advanced reporting, data analysis, and documentation expertise
• Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with PMs to drive delivery on critical cybersecurity programs
• Produce high-quality reporting and executive-level documentation
• Interface with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align priorities
• Support project lifecycle from initiation through implementation
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within cyber initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BA artifacts
