Lead Development Associate in Product Management

Shape innovative play experiences with Mattel as the Lead, Development Program Management Associate. Oversee the development of construction toys from concept through production, ensuring excellence. This role within the Product Development team requires coordination between several teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing. You will manage multiple programs, maintaining focus on quality and budgetary constraints while actively identifying and resolving potential risks. Your leadership will drive the project timelines and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development from concept to production phases
- Develop integrated plans with crucial milestones
- Ensure clear communication among multiple teams
- Identify and mitigate manufacturing and design risks
- Prepare for essential design and launch gates
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years in program management or product development
- Proven experience in leading diverse project teams
- Excellent skills in project management
- Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus
