Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure care is in line with established plans
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Attend relevant staff training and workshops
- Assist in onboarding new personnel as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to IPAC procedures
- PSW Certificate or Diploma from an accredited program
- Compliance with vocational standards of relevant authorities
- Knowledgeable about geriatric care and treatments
- Understanding of sanitation and cleaning practices
- Passion for teamwork and high-quality care
