Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for Cleaning Supervisor for our client in Regina.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaners and janitorial staff.Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Assign work schedules and daily cleaning duties.
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and workplace safety.
Monitor inventory of cleaning products and equipment and arrange for replenishment as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Inspect facilities and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
Resolve workplace issues and respond to client or management concerns regarding cleaning services.
Maintain cleaning records, work schedules, and supply inventories.
Assist with cleaning duties when operationally required.
Recommend improvements to cleaning procedures and operational efficiency. Employment Requirements: Completion of secondary (high) school.
Previous experience in commercial, residential, or institutional cleaning is required.
Supervisory experience is an asset.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills for scheduling and record keeping are an asset.
