Martell Group is seeking a Head of People to lead the people function across a fast-moving, high-growth organization. This role goes beyond administration and acts as a strategic partner to leadership, building systems that support the entire employee lifecycle.
You will attract exceptional people, develop strong leaders, create clarity around performance and accountability, and establish scalable people practices to support organizational growth.
