• Oversee Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, payment execution, vendor account reconciliations, aging management, and month-end close activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and approval requirements.
• Manage vendor master data governance, payment controls, and approval workflows to strengthen internal controls, mitigate fraud risk, and ensure timely resolution of vendor-related inquiries and issues.
• Administer the corporate credit card program and employee expense reimbursement processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and the timely resolution of exceptions.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, enhance controls, and support organizational growth.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of recommendations.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Accounts Payable function.
• Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders to improve workflows and support organizational objectives.
• Participate in special projects, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) or progress toward designation is considered an asset.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or related financial operations.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing Accounts Payable or transactional finance teams.
• Experience working in high-volume transaction processing environments.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable best practices, vendor management, internal controls, and payment processing.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounts payable automation tools, and financial management platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Salary Range
$105,000 - $120,000 / year
