We’re looking for a Bartender who brings both craft and heart to their work, and who takes pride in creating a welcoming, genuine experience for every guest.
This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who values consistency, understands the rhythm of service, and takes ownership of both guest experience and bar standards.
What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Prepare high quality espresso drinks for the market and pizzeria guests
• Deliver thoughtful, welcoming service that makes guests feel seen, comfortable, and well cared for
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar setup throughout service
• Confidently manage cash, tabs, and POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Monitor inventory, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively to support smooth operations
• Uphold food safety and responsible liquor service standards at all times
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience
• Lead by example during busy service, staying calm, focused, and provide genuine customer service

What You Bring

• Proven bartending and barista experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. 3+ years experience
• Strong product knowledge and comfort working with standardized recipes and specs
• Excellent cash handling and POS experience
• A steady presence during peak service and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease while maintaining beautiful drink craftsmanship
• A hospitality-forward mindset rooted in respect, professionalism, and care
• Familiarity with food safety and responsible service requirements
• A team-oriented approach and pride in maintaining shared standards of performance
