Manager, Security and Disbursement BDC

Become a key player at BDC as a Bilingual Manager in Security and Disbursement. Ensure timely, accurate financing for Canadian entrepreneurs while navigating complex loan processes in a hybrid work model. At BDC, you will play a vital role in managing approved financing disbursements. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending and a keen understanding of legal and financial processes. You will coordinate closely with clients and partners to uphold BDC policies while delivering exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Approve or recommend loan disbursements based on regulations
- Collaborate with legal teams for timely disbursement
- Review offers and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks within financing files
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- 3-5 years in the financial industry
- Knowledge of commercial lending and loan disbursement
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
- Bilingual in English and French
