Director Of Client Success At Chrono

Join Chrono Innovation as the Director of Client Success and lead transformational client relationships. Focus on enhancing delivery while working in a hybrid model.
This vital role entails managing portfolio performance, ensuring the alignment of client needs with operational capabilities, and protecting delivery efficiency across multiple initiatives. You will partner with various departments to facilitate risk management and support long-term account retention while driving growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Strengthen executive relationships with key stakeholders - Lead governance forums and drive delivery strategies - Manage commercial sustainability and profitability - Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks - Coordinate with Engineering and Operations for cohesive execution
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in software delivery or project management - Proven success in portfolio delivery leadership - Strong client-facing experience in consulting or services - Familiarity with financial metrics and delivery governance - Excellent communication skills at the executive level
