To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As a Senior Consultant, Information Security, you will join CIBC's Enterprise Cryptographic Services team to ensure compliance with cryptographic standards, identify risks, and recommend improvements to align with best practices. You will also play a leadership role by supporting your team as an escalation point and providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role you'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How you'll succeed

• PKI and Certificate Management: Support the maintenance of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Authority (CA) services, develop policies and procedures, and manage day-to-day operations within a centralized Key & Certificate management team.
• Project Oversight and Compliance: Lead and review cryptographic, key management, and certificate management projects to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, while coordinating team schedules to meet project timelines.
• Audit and Governance: Participate in audit and compliance reviews, address identified gaps, and contribute to governance initiatives by developing policies, standards, and guidelines for cryptographic services.
• Technical Expertise and Support: Provide subject matter expertise in cryptographic services, troubleshoot PKI-related issues, resolve technical challenges, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Analytics and Process Improvement: Analyze PKI-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance processes and operations.
• Mentorship and Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor by offering cryptographic consultancy services, ensuring compliance in certificate and key management, and providing coaching and mentorship to junior team members.

Who you are

• You have demonstrated expertise in cryptographic and certificate management services, maintaining PKI/CA infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. It's an asset if you have certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISSEP
