Vous dirigerez une équipe pluridisciplinaire et serez la référence pour les initiatives sur les capacités de ServiceNow, y compris la gestion des services IT, la gestion des commandes et les opérations télécom. Votre expertise sera cruciale pour l'impact commercial mesurable et pour garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs d'affaires. Key Responsibilities:
- Diriger une équipe de gestionnaires, architectes, et analystes ServiceNow
- Gérer la feuille de route stratégique et l'évolution des capacités
- Superviser des programmes de transformation d'envergure
- Communiquer avec les équipes de direction et fournir des mises à jour stratégiques
- Collaborer avec divers départements pour des solutions intégrées
- Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans des solutions technologiques
- 5 années d'expérience dans la direction de grandes équipes
- Expertise confirmée en ServiceNow et écosystème d'application
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de gestion des parties prenantes
