Ai/Ml Engineer - Mcp Platform Development - Tech Mahindra (Vancouver)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and build a multi‑host, high‑availability MCP Server. This role focuses on scalable, secure, and compliant AI/ML solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design MCP templates using Anthropic MCP SDK (or equivalent).
• Develop MCP Search and hybrid retrieval pipelines across vector/non‑vector databases.
• Build parameterized RAG templates and integrate domain tools.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and Client IAM integration.
• Ensure PHI compliance, safety filters, caching, and monitoring.
• Deliver API documentation, versioning, and deployment templates.
• Collaborate with teams to meet availability SLAs and production readiness.

Requirements

• Strong background in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain).
• Experience with vector databases and RAG.
• Proficiency in distributed systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security protocols, IAM, HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with API design, monitoring, and logging tools.

Preferred

• Experience with multi‑host HA systems.
• Exposure to Apigee, API gateways, enterprise integration.
• Background in healthcare data compliance and audit logging.

Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $115,000 - $120,000 per annum, including any bonuses or variable pay. The exact offer terms will depend on skill level, education, experience, and location.
