Kinistino Housing Authority is looking for a Maintenance Contractor. K The contractor is responsible for building maintenance as well as grounds maintenance for 16 senior units located in Kinistino and building maintenance for 20 family units located in Kinstino. Contractor must own all tools and equipment needed to perform minor repairs such as plumbing repairs, repairing doors and locks, repair or replacement of fixtures, minor appliance repairs, minor roof, siding and fence repairs, regular yard care including cutting grass and snow removal.
