Streamer & Social Marketing Manager

Legendz.io is looking for a Streamer & Social Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and help scale our creator ecosystem and community presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, creator communities, and the power of live content to build authentic relationships with players.

You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing streamers, creators, and ambassadors across key markets while developing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with CRM, Product, Community, and Social teams, you'll help shape the voice of Legendz.io and build lasting partnerships across the gaming, crypto, and online entertainment landscape.

This is an opportunity to build a creator and social ecosystem from the ground up and make a direct impact on one of the fastest-growing brands in social gaming.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage relationships with streamers, creators, ambassadors, and content partners across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Develop and execute creator-led campaigns across X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snap, Reddit, Telegram, and other relevant social channels.

• Source, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive sustainable growth.

• Collaborate with CRM, Community, Product, and Social teams to amplify campaigns and maximize player acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven insights and experimentation.

• Stay ahead of streaming trends, creator ecosystems, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and keep Legendz.io at the forefront of online entertainment.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in creator, influencer, streamer, social, or community marketing within gaming, crypto, Web3, social casino, or online entertainment.

• Strong understanding of Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snap, Reddit, Telegram, and creator ecosystems.

• Experience sourcing and managing creators, influencers, ambassadors, or affiliates with measurable commercial outcomes.

• Familiarity with Discord and Telegram communities and an appreciation for community-driven growth.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing ROI.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Passion for gaming, crypto, Web3, and online communities.
