Mira seeks an experienced Amazon Growth Manager to drive significant revenue acceleration and enhance customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include overseeing Amazon's growth strategy, optimizing media buying, and improving conversion rates. You will manage advertising execution in-house, develop a clear growth roadmap, and convert performance insights into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Amazon growth strategy
- Optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP campaign activities
- Enhance product discoverability through SEO and A+ Content
- Oversee Reviews and Ratings program for customer insights
- Coordinate operational needs to ensure sales continuity
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years managing Amazon growth with demonstrable results
- Hands-on experience with Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Strong skills in Amazon CRO and copywriting
- Familiarity with Seller Central and inventory management
