GitLab is seeking a Talent Brand Manager to own the storytelling of recruiting and shape how candidates understand what it’s like to work there. This role blends marketing, content, and recruiting operations to align employer brand with talent acquisition.

You’ll turn GitLab’s employer value proposition into candidate-facing content and campaigns across careers pages, social media, and review platforms. You’ll collaborate with recruiters on hiring-priority campaigns and track engagement to move
