Our team works together to create a safe, supportive environment where residents feel valued and cared for every day.We manage billing, payroll, and the administrative tasks that keep Rideaucrest Home running smoothly. Our team ensures accuracy, compliance, and excellent service for residents and families.What You'll Do...Work with department supervisors to create/build and maintain schedules for Rideaucrest Home employeesEnsure daily staff replacements are completed (sick calls, leave of absences, etc)Responsible for data entry and maintenance of all payroll records for Rideaucrest employees, as well as wage progressionsResponsible for responding to payroll and scheduling inquiriesProvide staffing & payroll reports to management (statistical patterns, vacation, sick etc.)Maintain vacation and lieu entitlement listsActively promote and follow safe work practices and ensure accident prevention and health and safety responsibilities are fully met by self and othersEstablish and maintain electronic and manual filing systemsPerform other duties as assignedTo qualify, you'll need...1 year certificate in office administration or equivalent1 year of experience creating and building electronic schedules1 year of payroll experienceExperience In a Health Care Setting PreferredExperience in a unionized environment preferredMust demonstrate corporate values of Belonging, Collaboration, Accountability, and InnovationStrong attention to detailTyping at 40 wpm (tested)Ability to process functions and formulas in MS Excel,(tested at the intermediate level)General working knowledge of computer software (ie.
