Painter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting environments, including residential & commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or other finishes to enhance the appearance and protection of structures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Restore and maintain surfaces by performing touch-ups and repairs as needed.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any potential issues.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in painting.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in using power tools related to painting tasks.
• Ability to build and restore surfaces as required for specific projects.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
