Our partner, a Global company in the transportation and logistics sector with a high volume of upcoming hires, is looking for their next colleague to join their talent acquisition team. The role is focused on operational recruitment within a warehouse / supply chain environment.
Job Type: Temporary contract for a 5-month period (possibility of extension) Location: Remote (In-person training) Schedule: 37.5 hours/week AdvantagesCompensation: $27 - $30 an hour Schedule of 37.5 hours/week Fully remote work Responsibilities
Responsibilities -Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions -Conduct mass recruitment (high volume, continuous)-Collaborate closely with hiring managers -Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews -Follow up with candidates and maintain ongoing communication -Utilize ADP software -Maintain and update data in Excel (an essential daily tool)-Participate in improving recruitment processes Qualifications
Qualifications -3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume recruitment
-Experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or transportation environment is an asset
