B.C. Manager, Commercial Credit Solutions

Lead the provision of financing solutions as a Manager in Commercial & Private Banking 1859 in the Fraser Valley District. Your expertise in credit analysis will enhance client service and team collaboration. As a hybrid role, you’ll work closely with commercial account managers and partners to ensure accurate credit assessments. Your responsibility includes structuring credit applications and providing recommendations that reflect both the client's needs and the Bank’s risk appetite. This role supports proactive risk management aligned with sector activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality credit analyses per Credit Centre standards
• Structure credit applications with thorough financial assessments
• Develop financing solutions addressing specific client needs
• Collaborate on client assessments with Relationship Managers
• Ensure documentation is compliant and accurate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with three years in commercial lending or analysis
• Strong skill set in financial analysis and commercial credit
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Proactive in risk identification and management
