Cybersecurity Governance Manager at CSA Group

Enhance CSA Group's technology governance as a Cybersecurity Governance Manager. Implement and oversee compliance programs that protect critical infrastructure and information. As a key leader at CSA Group, you will focus on establishing and refining technology governance and security policies, ensuring compliance with various regulatory landscapes. Your expertise will guide cybersecurity resilience strategies, risk assessments, and audit coordination. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s response to cybersecurity incidents and enhancing overall security awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of governance and compliance frameworks
- Facilitate enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments
- Oversee internal policy compliance and audit processes
- Manage vendor and third-party security assessments
- Coordinate disaster recovery and response plan validation
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or risk compliance
- Experience leading enterprise security initiatives
- Knowledge of ISO, NIST, and relevant compliance standards
- Excellent presentation and leadership abilities
