Senior Architect Leading AI Innovations
Sitero LLC
Drive architectural excellence at Sitero in Ontario, Canada, as Chief Architect. Focus on modernizing engineering practices and establishing AI development as the norm in this hybrid position.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the transformation of Sitero’s product architecture. Spearhead AI adoption and define cutting-edge architecture standards, ensuring consistent compliance across multiple products. Your leadership will shape the technical decisions that guide our engineering teams toward innovative solutions within the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise architecture for all Sitero products
• Review critical technical decisions in Architecture Review Board
• Oversee AI tooling adoption and modernization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations for all products
• Build and mentor a high-performance architecture team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years in software architecture
• 5 years in a leading architect role with broad scope
• Expertise in cloud-native solutions like AWS or Azure
• Strong background with AI development tools
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
