Become a Senior Consultant for Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding at Huron, located in the U.S. or Canada. Drive innovative solutions that enhance the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding processes. In this influential position, you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage integration with Core HR and Learning modules. Your responsibilities include conducting gap analyses, configuring systems, and mentoring junior consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of recruiting and onboarding solutions
• Gather requirements and perform fit/gap analysis
• Manage testing phases and provide post-implementation support
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders
• Document processes and create training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area
• 3-5 years of experience in requirement analysis
• 1-2 years managing project workstreams independently
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Able to travel up to 50% for client needs
