You will collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, project managers, leaders, and end users. Your work supports adoption, learning, documentation, and transition.Key Responsibilities:
Develop procedures, process maps, job aids, and user guidesTranslate complex information into clear, scalable operational resourcesSupport pilots, user testing, facilitator preparation, and train-the-trainer activitiesCoordinate consultations, reviews, validation, and feedback cyclesPublish approved content using documentation and version-control standardsRequirements:
Firsthand understanding of construction or operational project realitiesThree or more years supporting programs, systems, or processesEnablement, writing, learning, or communications experience or aptitudeAbility to organize complex work and manage concurrent deliverablesWorking knowledge of readiness, adoption, accessibility, and content lifecycle practicesUse practical construction knowledge, writing capability, and learning support skills to help Bird teams adopt operational improvements.
