Become a Member Experience Specialist at Prospera and make a direct impact in members' banking experiences. Use your sales skills to offer personalized support in financial services. This role invites you to proactively acquire and onboard new members, focusing on both their retail and business needs. You will conduct detailed Financial Health Checks to explore opportunities for lending and investment, thus enabling personalized service aligned with members' financial goals. Your abilities to manage accounts and collaborate with others will drive success within the Omni-channel environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive conversations to onboard new members
- Identify needs through Financial Health Checks and recommend solutions
- Deliver tailored banking and investment product recommendations
- Manage small accounts and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Contribute to a collaborative front-line service environment
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or financial services
- Experience with needs-based selling and investment exposure
- Willingness to obtain Mutual Funds license within 6 months
- Strong communication skills coupled with financial curiosity
- High school diploma required; Business or Marketing education preferred
