What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Custodian Porter

• Experience (Preferred): Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we all must start somewhere.

What You Will Do In The Role

• Role and Interaction with Players: Maintain clean and sanitary spaces throughout the venue, ensuring Players always enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, kitchen spaces, and other high-traffic areas with consistency and care.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the venue in top condition.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Support the team by emptying trash, managing waste disposal, and helping maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Follow all health and safety guidelines while identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

Physical Requirements

Let’s be real, this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to do to thrive in this role:

• Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day
• Active Tasks: Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities—bring a can-do attitude!
• Endurance: Keep up with a popular environment while maintaining high standards
