Dans le cadre de notre croissance soutenue, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Marchandiseur(euse) à temps plein pour couvrir le territoire de Mont-Laurier
Pourquoi ce poste est fait pour vous
- Salaire : 20 $/heure
- Remboursement de kilométrage 0,46 $/km
- Allocation cellulaire : 32,50 $/mois
- Horaire stable : 40 heures/semaine, du lundi au vendredi (premier client dès 8h)
- Entrée en poste : dès que possible
- Poste permanent à temps plein

️Vos responsabilités
- Assurer la mise en marché des produits Sleeman et Red Bull (chambres froides, réfrigérateurs et planchers) selon les standards établis
- Installer le matériel promotionnel (PDV) lors des promotions et lancements ️
- Optimiser la visibilité, l’espace et l’accessibilité des produits
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients
- Effectuer des suivis réguliers pour assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle
✅Profil recherché
Exigences :
- Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule
- Capacité à soulever des charges jusqu’à 50 lb
- Être âgé(e) d’au moins 18 ans
Compétences clés :
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles
- Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et débrouillardise
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes efficacement
- Bonne communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Atouts :
- Expérience en marchandisage ou en vente au détail
- Intérêt pour les produits de consommation (bière, boissons énergétiques, etc.)

Vous serez responsable d’assurer la disponibilité et la mise en valeur des produits sur votre territoire, contribuant directement à l’expérience des consommateurs en magasin.
