• Perform any other related duties as required by operational needs.

• Work performed in an industrial environment with varying levels of noise dust and moving equipment;
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced operational setting while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Minimum of 510 years of experience in operations management including at least 2 years in the metals industry or a related sector (asset);
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more employees with measurable results;
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) at a professional level;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives;
• Experience leading organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ERP systems and project management tools;
• Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
