Stantec Process Engineer for Water Treatment

Stantec

Become part of Stantec's team in Ontario as a process engineer focusing on drinking water facilities. Collaborate on transformative projects that enhance community water systems and sustainability. This role will see you working with fellow engineers and specialists on municipal drinking water treatment projects. Under guidance from senior staff, you will engage in facility design, analysis, and project management. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness and safety of community water services. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in planning and designing water treatment systems
Create engineering calculations and technical studies
Perform assessments and data evaluations for projects
Build relationships with municipal clients and contractors
Assist in proposal preparation and project administration

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
At least 5 years’ experience in municipal water projects
Professional Engineer registration or ability to achieve it
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with engineering tools like AutoCAD and Revit
