Senior Databricks Analytics Engineer

Databricks expertise meets customer intelligence at Xplore Inc. in this hands-on technical lead role, focused on gold-layer data and AI-ready analytics foundations.As Senior Intelligence Analytics Engineer, you will design curated datasets, validate pipelines, and build production analytics applications. Your work spans Databricks SQL, lakehouse architecture, Python automation, GenAI, agentic workflows, and executive storytelling. You will support reliable business decisions through trusted customer intelligence.Key Responsibilities:
Own Databricks gold-layer design and reusable transformation logicValidate pipeline scalability, maintainability, and end-to-end processingBuild Databricks Apps and executive dashboardsAutomate data preparation, reports, and analytics workflowsEstablish data validation, monitoring, and corrective actionRequirements:
At least seven years delivering production analytics solutionsExperience with Databricks, Databricks SQL, and lakehouse architectureStrong SQL, Python, and analytical problem-solving skillsHands-on gold-layer, testing, and reliability monitoring experienceExperience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practicesApply your Databricks, Python, data quality, and technical leadership experience to Xplore’s scalable customer analytics foundation.
