Your role goes far beyond managing repairs and scheduling. You’ll also be involved in prospecting with current and potential clients to fully understand their needs, conducting proactive follow-ups to ensure their satisfaction , and handling warranty claims with precision and care . Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help uphold our strong reputation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 

• Experience as a technical advisor (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset. 

• A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector. 

• Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role. 

• Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
