- Develop and execute creative concepts for various media
- Own and maintain the digital web design system in Figma
- Utilize AI-assisted design tools for rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with teams to create brand-aligned visual stories
- Manage a team of digital designers with mentorship
- 8+ years in creative roles, 2+ years in management
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with AI tools for design workflows
