Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions Program Manager

Brightshores in Owen Sound is seeking a Manager for Mental Health & Addiction Services to oversee the development, management, evaluation and continuous improvement of quality patient care services. This role includes coordinating outpatient programs and day-to-day departmental activities to ensure safe, effective care.

Reporting to the Director, the Manager will lead in education, research, HR, finances and leadership across the department, requiring strong clinical background and strategic
