Corporate Legal Counsel for Global Team

- Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work
- Draft and negotiate recent partnership and referral agreements
- Lead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales teams
- Maintain and update contract templates for in-house products
- Provide general legal support across various business units
- 2+ years of relevant legal experience
- Called to the bar in Canada
- Strong negotiation skills with commercial contracts
- Familiarity with data privacy agreements
- Experience managing legal risks in partnerships
