Currently, we are searching for an Order Entry Clerk Level I to help further the company's vision and to drive initiatives within the Order Management team. Renaissance offers a close-knit working team and initiatives to help you meet your career objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Records and processes data into system tool
- Enters customer orders onto ERP system in timely manner
- Prepares and sorts and filing of customer orders and documentation
- Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered
- Identify customer priorities and Interfaces with Planning/Operations to help facilitate planning initiatives to drive on time delivery
- Responds to Operations regarding customers' orders,
- Generates customer reports and responds to inquiries
- Provides on time support and attention to internal team priorities as well as keep them current on developing internal and customer issues
- Collaborates with quality team and other departments to fulfill customer's request for Failure Analysis/Rework/Special Projects
- Maintains confidential information
- Performs other job-related duties as required
Education:
- High School Diploma.
Qualifications:
- Customer service industry work experience preferred.
- Previous data entry experience an asset
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, phone/email to handle inquiries, as well as, message and call referrals for technical personnel.
- Adaptive at learning new systems
- Customer service industry work experience preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Knowledge of Advance Pro or other ERP systems considered an asset
- Experience/knowledge of telecommunications technology considered an asset
