Key Responsibilities: - Lead commercial negotiations for indirect spend categories - Negotiate and manage various agreement types including MSAs - Address commercial issues proactively during contract negotiations - Apply procurement and legal guardrails for efficient contract flow - Manage P2P and S2C workflows in procurement tools
Requirements: - Experience in indirect procurement from intake to signature - Familiarity with commercial terms and contract types - Proven track record of negotiating commercial improvements - Experience with procurement platforms, Ramp preferred - Strong judgment in distinguishing routine from critical decisions
