We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator Lead to join our thriving optometry clinic in the heart of Mission. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Mission Eye Care is a lively, customer-service orientated clinic. With both our optometry and medical aesthetic clinics growing, the right candidate will bring their skills and expertise to continue to foster growth and long-term relationships with our patients. Specializing in multiple unique aspects of eye health and care, we are committed to training all employees to ensure top of the line knowledge and care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient scheduling and appointments, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed.
• Monitor inventory of office and clinical supplies.
• Resolve patient inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care and service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
