Regional Maintenance Manager for Marine Structures

Elevate your career as a Regional Manager for Terminal Maintenance in Tsawwassen. Your leadership will ensure the safe and efficient upkeep of marine and shore facilities, utilizing your expertise in technical systems. As part of the Terminal Maintenance team, you will oversee a skilled workforce and manage all facets of a maintenance management program. This includes emergency responses, project management, and maintaining compliance with safety standards while using software tools for efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective maintenance and reliability programs
- Manage and deliver on capital and operating budgets
- Conduct risk assessments, ensuring compliance
- Hire and train skilled trades personnel
- Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
- Four-year engineering degree or equivalent certification
- Project Management certification preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Ability to build effective relationships in a unionized setting
- Experience with CMMS, ideally Maximo
